Beside the Programs Eight organizing committees were created to ensure effectiveness and continuity and avoid random implementations.
They support programs through coordination among themselves and provide them with the necessary materials, funds and assess the progress of work and publicity, also link "Alashanek Ya Balady" with the outside community.

Do you know ? How to be a reason for a change? How to be the good image for a big organization? IPR committee is simply an image for AYB inside Ain shams university .we work as a link between AYB and faculty staff and governmental institutes to facilitate the job for other committees and programs by giving them the permits and reservations they need inside and outside the college. we also aim to inspire others with AYB's vision for a better country .we work in silence to raise the name of AYB as one of developmental organizations in Egypt.

Do you think you have the enough potential to help others do their work more efficiently; so the result you all reach your aims and objectives?? In Reception & Logistics committee we do the hit. Reception & Logistics committee plays an important role in creating AYB’s image , during main events and projects, through using our creativity and artistic sense to design decorations and booths; also we work hardly to supply AYB with the needed purchasing on time balancing between fair prices and excellent quality of logistics. In this committee you will learn and work on, designing the booths, decorating, colors' selection and negotiation skills.

The committee designs and executes all publications and printout materials like (brochures, banners, posters, etc) to serve and help all AYB's programs and committees. In this committee you will learn and work on Photoshop designing, coloring and how to deal with pictures to get an impressive design.

حيث تقوم اللجنة على تصميم وتنفيذ جميع المطبوعات من ( لوحات و إعلانات و أحداث على الانترنت و ..... الخ) والتي تخدم وتساعد جميع برامج ولجان علشانك يا بلدي. في هذه اللجنة سوف تتعلم وتعمل على : تصميمات الفوتوشوب , و معالجة و اختيار الالوان و كذلك طريقة التعامل و اختيار الصور لعمل التصميمات الجذابة

In this committee you will learn and work on, how to make movies, movie editing, the basics of Photography and web designing.

هذه اللجنة تساعد )علشانك يا بلدي) على تحقيق حلم التنمية ، اعمل معنا ووجه طاقاتك إلى الطريق الصحيح واستخرج الأفكار المدفونة في عقلك من خلال عمل الأفلام اللازمة لدعم البرامج التنموية و كذلك التقاط الصور للبرامج والاجتماعات والأحداث , والترويج لإنجازاتنا بالإضافة إلى إدارة الموقع ليتمكن الجميع من التواصل مع فريق(علشانك يا بلدي) في أي وقت يريدون. في هذه اللجنة سوف تتعلم و تعمل على : برامج عمل الافلام , و أساسيات التصوير الفوتوغرافي و كذلك تصميم المواقع الالكترونية
